Two one bed/one bath apartments available. The “Golby Suite” rental amount is us$1,350 and the “Cockleshell Suite” rent is us$1,450. Monthly rental amount includes water, internet, Apple TV, use of common areas, pool, recreational decks, once weekly maid service, refuse collection and security. Both are fully furnished with full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, etc.. All inclusive except electricity and property is pet friendly.
